The train was the fastest way to get to Heathrow. It is clean, safe and comfortable. Just be prepared for a long walk to the terminal. Thankfully there are moving sidewalks to help.

Very fast connection to the airport, the timetable was strictly adhered to, rides at short intervals, you don't have to buy a ticket for a specific time - it is valid all day.

The ticket worked fine and got us from Heathrow to Paddington. Our only problem was that the train itself was not functioning and until we questioned a supervisor we were not sure why we were being turned away. We waited 45 minutes until the train was running again and used it with no problem.

The Trip was nice. as a First time visitor a table on what connetionts can be reached from paddington would have helped us. Or maybe we just did not find it. All in all- a very pleasing experience.
