The ATVO bus stop was a hundred metres from the arrivals exit of the airport. The bus ride to Piazzale Roma was seamless and took about 25 mins . The Vaporreto dock was next to the bus stop and the machines to exchange the ticket voucher for the actual tickets were all in front of the building ,here you select the language on the screen ,the keyboard shows on the screen and you need to tap it to enlarge it and tap in your voucher code and the tickets are dispatched. The journey to our destination was interesting and exciting mixing with locals and tourists and taking in the views as we went along . We purchased the 7 day pass and used it every day without a problem . Thankyou

The Venice ferry service was a truly pleasant surprise! Everything is organized extremely efficiently: getting around is simple, straightforward, and well-managed, even for first-time visitors to the city. We really appreciated the service’s punctuality, which allows you to get around stress-free and with great convenience. The staff was always friendly and helpful, helping to make the experience even more positive. Overall, it’s a functional, well-organized service that’s essential for getting the most out of Venice. Highly recommended!

We used a 48 hour vaporetto pass and enjoyed the ease of use of the tickets and clear directions at all the stops. The service was very frequent and there were lots of different lines. It also allowed us to get to Burrano and Murano. It was lovely to sit outside at the back and experience all the sites along the Grand Canal. We would definitely recommend getting a pass for the convenience of unlimited travel around Venice.

If you’re staying in Venice for a while, the ACTV pass is an essential companion. It provides seamless transportation from the Lido to Murano. It also lets you choose between walking and taking the vaporetto with complete peace of mind, depending on how tired you are or how much time you have. Finally, it’s a great deal if you’re getting around more than once—which is the case for all visitors to Venice.

Very easy to redeem our code , which we got when ordering the tickets on like. The vaporetti are clean and the most convenient and economical way to move around Venice. Will definitely use again when we return to this beautiful city and its wonderful citizens. Thank you

The day pass for the vaporettos, buses, and trams is a must. The vaporettos, especially Line 1, stop very frequently, making it easy to reach your destinations along the Grand Canal. Unfortunately, the vaporettos only run on the Grand Canal, a canal through Cannaregio, and the Canale Scomenzera. Otherwise, we would have used the vaporettos even more. Otherwise, you have no choice but to walk if you don’t want to pay for an expensive water taxi. The day passes are excellent because you no longer have to worry about buying a ticket. This is especially beneficial during rush hour and at night. Unfortunately, you also have to scan the day pass at a reader before every trip. On the second day, we had someone show us where to scan the card, which is made of thin cardboard. But after that, it worked flawlessly.
