The château is beautiful. But the state of the access roads is poor. There are so many people that it's hard to enjoy the visit.

Skipping the line was great. The castle was cool with amazing 360 views of the city. It was great to see the this history

Once we entered Jeronimos and Torre de Belen the experience was good but to enter each one we had to wait in line for more than an hour, even though we had the tickets. Indispensable to have the tickets downloaded on the phone or with Internet data. There is no way to connect there.

I had a little trouble downloading my tickets, but the staff reps at the entrance were very helpful and everything went smoothly.loved the castle !

The castle was great. An awesome structure with excellent views. I recommend adding placards along the various parts so that visitors know what they're looking at and maybe some history or how it was used/purpose. Purchasing the tickets on line was easy; however, getting to each individual ticket was not intuitive and caused us a significant delay at the gate.
