I never rated this place 5 stars, been to many museums never had any issues with staff until this place, everyone was lovely accept one girl who had an absolute attitude on her, we were told we could chill for a bit before our booking as we were an hour early and just ask this blonde lady when your ready, so my partner went to the toilet and I went to wait for him and listened to the headphones that had music playing, also thought we had time to grab a drink Soon as he came from the toilet he was looking like me like he was panicking and the girl shouted 'IVE ONLY BEEN CALLING YOU 5 TIMES' first of I had headphones on and thought we had time as they said grab a drink, he was also in the toilet for 2 minutes so this was happening with us 2 minutes of being there, I explained why we weren't ready because my partner was in the toilet and I was listening to headphones provided and was told we had loads of time to grab drinks and she was so damn rude about it and gave us dirty looks the whole time and was just staring at the back of my head overall the actual experience was okay it did seem like a huge waste of space but that's might be beacause the girl was throwing daggers at us the whole time

A great experience—especially for our teenage son. But we parents and his younger siblings were thrilled, too. It’s not quite in the city center, but definitely worth the trip! The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating, and they spontaneously gave our son two picture books because he was so interested.👌

Amaze was great—it wasn't always clear at first, but after that it was incredible! The effects and sound are perfectly balanced—not too much, not too little—and the staff is friendly. We got to keep the wristband as a souvenir, and even the wait was enjoyable thanks to the bar, the little activities, and the overall atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

For visitors who want to see and experience as much of Amsterdam as possible, the I amsterdam City Card is indispensable. The flyer tells you where the I amsterdam City Card can be used. I would use the I amsterdam City Card again in a heartbeat.

How to Redeem Your I-Amsterdam City Card

The I amsterdam City Card comes in digital form and works on smartphones through our app

To use the City Card you will need to download the I amsterdam City Card app and add your card to it.

You are required to claim your digital City Card by installing the official City Card App and registering by using your unique CC-code specified in your voucher.

You will receive an email confirmation with your I amsterdam City Card: Canal Cruise, Public Transport And Attractions Entry voucher shortly

Activate the card only when you are in Amsterdam and ready to use it. Make sure to charge your smartphone well to ensure you have access to it all day! Through the app, you can transfer cards to your family members or friends and navigate the city through a map highlighting the best locations.

Once a card has been transferred, it cannot be transferred (back) again.
