Interesting but frenetically busy place. Fascinating architecture and surreal seeing a cathedral amongst the mosque arches. The instructions on the ticket say silence (certainly no one adhered to that and many guides were shouting to their groups), take passports (no one looked at them), wear respectable clothing (no one seemed perturbed by what anyone was wearing). Good to see the cathedral/mosques but not the highlight of our trip.

No surprises—everything went smoothly. I downloaded the tickets, and going through security was a breeze. However, there were no senior discounts, even though other sites offered them.

It was easy to get tickets, and entry was smooth and hassle-free—even though we were an hour late, it didn’t end up being a problem. A stunning, spellbinding monument. I couldn’t bring myself to leave.

Ticketing was efficient and easy. Unfortunately, the website didn’t mention that a senior discount was available. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and the tickets were scanned correctly. Luckily, we were on time—the line was very long.

First of all, getting attraction tickets during peak summer season in Spain is incredibly difficult! Huge thanks to Headout for making the process so easy — not only were tickets available when others weren’t offering suitable options, but the time slots perfectly matched my requirements too. We were at the mosque around noon, and there was a huge crowd all crammed around the entrances. I would have preferred better crowd control at the entrance, perhaps with separate lines for tour groups and individual visitors. The interior is immense and beautiful, but not well-lit enough to take good souvenir photos.
