The city sightseeing trip itself was very good to get an overall vision of Naples before choosing what to visit in detail. 2 of the stops (Station and Archeological Musuem were hard to locate. I had a problem downloading the Headout App as have to sign up then download to get the tickets for the tour then another app to use th etour map and couldn't contact anyone from their site - better to go directly to tour company for this trip

Our experience with the hop on hop off bus in Naples was ok at best. The good: Boarding was supper easy by showing our QR code at any of the stops and the buses were clean. The bad: there wasn't enough commentary and too much music, the top part of the bus was rather wet from the rain which meant we could only sit in the limited seats on bottom floor, and the waiting at stop 1 to change lines. Overall 3/5.
