It was easy breezy walk to the Vatican museum . The in and out Italy were so organized with the influx of visitos arriving every minute. Although there was lit of reservations, the organizers are very awRe and told us to lineup by the trees. It was perfectly timed . Our guide was so calm in telling us how we shoul line up. I like the fact tbat tbe office is very close to the entrance. The time was perfect to enter the Vatican . I would book with them again in the future

Alex could not have nicer or more helpful. We met Alex at the cafe and he escorted us to the correct line, through security, and all the way to entrance turnstile. We used this ticket to enter and used Rick Steves audio to guide ourselves through the museum and sistine chapel. This ticket saved us at least 1 hour of time standing in a line plus total chaos at the entrance. He explained everything clearly. I'm so glad we did this.

The Headout app is comprehensive and easy to use, with access to tours just as described and at competitive prices. At the meeting points, you sometimes have to search around a bit for the representative, mainly because of the sheer size of the venues, but in the end they're fairly easy to spot from a distance and very efficient once you find them. All in all, a great, stress-free experience.

My partner Rachel, our 10 month old daughter and I had an absolutely amazing time exploring Rome, and booking the Colosseum, Vatican and Pantheon combo through Headout made the whole experience even better! Travelling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, especially when visiting some of the busiest attractions in the world, but Headout made everything feel straightforward and well organised. The booking process was incredibly easy, all the information we needed was clearly explained, and having our tickets arranged in advance took away so much unnecessary stress. Each attraction was absolutely breathtaking in its own way. Walking through the Colosseum, experiencing the incredible beauty of the Vatican and stepping inside the historic Pantheon were unforgettable moments that we will treasure as a family. We could concentrate on enjoying our holiday, taking photographs and making memories with our daughter rather than worrying about organising tickets. Visiting the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel was an unforgettable experience. The entire visit was incredibly well organised, and the skip-the-line access made the experience much easier, especially with the large crowds. The museums are filled with breathtaking artwork, beautiful architecture, fascinating history and incredible details at every turn. The Sistine Chapel was definitely the highlight and seeing Michelangelo’s work in person was truly amazing. Our Headout booking process was simple and convenient, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. We were able to enjoy the visit without worrying about tickets or long queues. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our Rome trip, and I would definitely recommend visiting the Vatican Museums and booking through Headout.

The tickets and audio guide access arrived a day in advance. Downloading them for everyone in our booking worked smoothly. Unfortunately, the written guide did not work. We arrived a good two hours early. We got through admission in fifteen minutes. We didn't have to show any IDs. If your clothing is too revealing, free shawls are handed out. Going into the cathedral early was no problem at all. We were also able to visit the dome earlier than scheduled. Good to know: dome access for reserved tickets is inside the cathedral itself on the right-hand side just before the exit (not by the restrooms as the signs indicate). There was no time limit for the dome. You can also head back into the cathedral afterward. A truly impressive experience!

The skip the que is excellent at this time of year, ie. Arrived on the 10th October in rome, I had previously before arrival discovered the Headout app. Found my interest! And booked accordingly! Looking at the general ques, I was delighted, in fact, I made a comment just before the Sistine Chapel! The longest wait was infact to the ladies toilets! Don't be shy in talking your Camera out in the Vatican museum! Its the Sistine Chapel where you will be strictly ordered to turn your Camera off! And its understandable! Adhere to the standard! And your experience will be exceptional! Remember, your walking on the stones of Popes, And looking at artifacts of the Troy era. Thats BC.
