This ticket is a solid upgrade if you want to experience St. Peter’s Basilica without wasting time figuring things out on the spot—and the dome access is the real highlight. The “reserved entry” part helps, but manage expectations. Entry to the basilica itself is technically free, and you still have to go through security, which can take time during busy hours. What you’re really getting is a smoother, more organized entry process and often a host to guide you in, which is helpful in a place that can feel chaotic. The dome climb is where this ticket pays off. Going up St. Peter’s Dome gives you one of the best views in Rome—panoramic, unobstructed, and worth the effort. You can take an elevator part of the way, but there are still hundreds of narrow, steep steps, so it’s not ideal if you’re claustrophobic or have mobility issues. Inside the basilica, you get access to masterpieces like Pietà by Michelangelo and the sheer scale of the space is impressive even if you’ve seen photos. Bottom line: Worth it if the dome is on your list—which it should be. Just don’t expect VIP access; expect convenience and a better overall flow.

If you’re visiting Rome, this is one of those “just do it” experiences—and skip-the-line tickets make a noticeable difference, but with some caveats. First, the biggest advantage: you avoid the ticket purchase line, which can easily stretch 2–3 hours during peak season . Instead, you walk in at your scheduled time, which makes the whole experience smoother and less stressful. That said, the name is a bit misleading. You’re not skipping all lines. Everyone still goes through security, and depending on the day, that can still take time . So don’t expect VIP, zero-wait access. Inside, the experience is incredible. The Vatican Museums are massive, packed with world-class art, and the route naturally leads you to the Sistine Chapel, which absolutely lives up to the hype. Bottom line: Worth it—especially in busy seasons—but manage expectations. You’re paying to skip the worst line, not all of them. If you want the best experience, go early, book a timed entry, and consider a guided tour for context.

Our visit to the Vatican Museums two days ago was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. Every hall, every masterpiece, every ceiling felt like stepping into another world filled with history, beauty, and wonder. Seeing the Sistine Chapel with our own eyes was an emotional and magical moment that we will remember forever. We are especially grateful to Headout for making this experience so smooth and enjoyable. We purchased our tickets in advance while still in Yerevan, and everything was perfectly organized. We arrived exactly on time and entered without waiting in the long lines, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment without stress. If it hadn’t been for Headout, our visit would not have been this comfortable and memorable. We are endlessly thankful for this wonderful experience and for the chance to enjoy one of the world’s most remarkable places so peacefully and beautifully. Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience with Headout! Buying tickets for the Colosseum was extremely easy, fast, and secure. I received all the information clearly laid out in the app, including schedules, access instructions, and digital vouchers, which made the whole experience in Rome much more stress-free. The app is intuitive, well-organized, and worked perfectly throughout the entire trip. The tickets were accepted without any issues, and the customer support team was very reassuring. For anyone looking to avoid the stress of popular attractions like the Colosseum, I highly recommend it. I will definitely use Headout again on future trips!

I have wanted to see The Colosseum for years, and it did not dissapoint. The scale of the place is astounding, and the engineering, size and the bulding itself is just breathtaking. It was well worth paying to "skip the queue" as it was very busy and I can't stand for long, and with this ticket we were through the airport style security in 5 minutes. Also inside The Colosseum itself there were lots of opportunities and places to sit down and rest. We had an audio guide so we could take our time and not have to move off if we didn't want to - no-one rushed us.

A truly fantastic experience! The skip-the-line ticket saved us a ton of time, and the entry process was extremely well-organized. The Vatican Museums are huge and filled with incredible works of art, but the most exciting moment was entering the Sistine Chapel: seeing Michelangelo’s frescoes in person leaves you speechless. The whole process with Headout was quick and easy, with clear instructions and helpful support. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit the Vatican stress-free and enjoy the experience to the fullest!

The meeting point was easy to find. The woman who gave us the tour was very friendly and told us fascinating stories about the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. The climb up to the dome was well worth it. We were very satisfied.

I liked that I could walk through all the museum sections without having to search for anything and see the collections that interested me. It was also helpful to have the option of an audio guide.

Excellent organization, well-designed app. Perhaps the route could have been improved, as the stops were scattered and not contiguous, but overall it was a positive experience.
