I have wanted to see The Colosseum for years, and it did not dissapoint. The scale of the place is astounding, and the engineering, size and the bulding itself is just breathtaking. It was well worth paying to "skip the queue" as it was very busy and I can't stand for long, and with this ticket we were through the airport style security in 5 minutes. Also inside The Colosseum itself there were lots of opportunities and places to sit down and rest. We had an audio guide so we could take our time and not have to move off if we didn't want to - no-one rushed us.

Rome is a beautiful city to visit. It’s very convenient to have a package deal for these tours. The experience went well. A few areas for improvement: during the first tour of the Pantheon, there wasn’t a sign to help us spot our group. And for the Colosseum tour, there was a serious lack of instructions, and no prior contact via WhatsApp, unlike with the other guides.

Finding the entrance was a little confusing because it says "Plaza Coliseo" instead of just "Coliseo," but I called customer service and the chatbot cleared things up for me—it was a great experience. The rest of the tour went smoothly; the ticket was exactly the same as the one sold officially.
