My partner Rachel, our 10 month old daughter and I had an absolutely amazing time exploring Rome, and booking the Colosseum, Vatican and Pantheon combo through Headout made the whole experience even better! Travelling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, especially when visiting some of the busiest attractions in the world, but Headout made everything feel straightforward and well organised. The booking process was incredibly easy, all the information we needed was clearly explained, and having our tickets arranged in advance took away so much unnecessary stress. Each attraction was absolutely breathtaking in its own way. Walking through the Colosseum, experiencing the incredible beauty of the Vatican and stepping inside the historic Pantheon were unforgettable moments that we will treasure as a family. What really impressed us was how convenient everything was. We could concentrate on enjoying our holiday, taking photographs and making memories with our daughter rather than worrying about organising tickets. The combo was fantastic value for money and a brilliant way to experience three of Rome's most iconic landmarks. Buying and receiving the tickets for the Pantheon was all good. Getting into the Pantheon was tricky. We lined up to have our tickets validated to be told we needed to meet someone in front of the Legami shop across the square. The sign for Headout seemed to be attached to a phone box and was really quite small so not obvious where we should go. A very nice man did arrive after a few minutes and sorted out the tickets that we then needed to show the ticket person. He also helped us to find and download the audio. We then had to find the end of the queue again to have our tickets inspected. Again, no obvious signs other than a long queue of people as to where this was and there were easily thousands of people at this point. Maybe a high up sign with information on it about what tickets were accepted where would be helpful. Anyways, we got into the Pantheon but we could then not get the audio to work at all, this was quite disappointing.

Purchase and receipt of the tickets was very easy and of course the Colosseium was very, very impressive. Just one thing made it a little bit frustrating on the day and that was that we didn't really see any particular entrance to go to. That could have been us not paying attention, or it might be that it wasn't made clear on the information we had. As you can imagine, there are a huge number of people milling about and after waiting in one queue we were told to go to another which was a little bit annoying but did not detract from the visit overall. The audio guide worked well too and gave you some real insights into life within the Colosseum. Would definitely recommend and say it's a must do!

We bought our tickets through Headout as tickets from the source did not appear to be available. The communication with us was ok, although the person who appeared at the designated meeting spot with our tickets had a green flag, not white as per Headout instructions. But he identified himself as a 'partner" and had our tickets. The tickets were not skip the line tickets, but were regular, but this was not an issue as the long line moved very quickly. The audio guide provided on the Dex app was excellent, very detailed and informative. We loved the Pantheon and appreciated being. BLE to savour it as long as we wanted. I short, Headout made it easy to see this attraction and for that we are grateful.

Excellent combo! Highly recommended to save time and skip the long lines. I recommend going to the Colosseum with plenty of time and lots of energy, because it's huge, and right after comes the tour of the Roman Forum, where you also do a lot of walking. There's so much history to discover, so it's well worth coming prepared and taking your time to enjoy it. The Vatican Museums and the Pantheon are smaller, but there's still plenty to explore and see. An incredible experience and totally recommended!

Highly recommended! Easy to book and super central! The process is very simple: just enter the code received by email both on the keypad to open the door and on the one to open the locker. In my case, I used it to store my two backpacks so I could visit Vatican City with total peace of mind. Later on, I also used it in the Termini area. Hello, Rome was magnificent again, as always. This time, I visited the legendary 2,000-year-old must-see structure, the Colosseum, with my son. I was just as amazed as the first time I saw it. This time, I also added the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum to the trip, alongside the Pantheon, which I hadn't seen before either. On my previous trip, I hadn't gone inside to avoid waiting in the ticket line; this time, we bought our tickets from Headout before going. We toured with great ease without waiting in any lines at all. By entering without waiting in line at all, we didn't waste any time and spent our time much more efficiently without getting tired. I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much.

The most memorable part was actually Forum and Palatine Hill in which you get epic views of the Colosseum from the outside. I personally did not think it was worth it to go in to the Colosseum where we were shuffled like cattle through narrow halls with 1000s of other people while helicopters roared around overhead . It was very difficult to appreciate the epicness of the place at the same time, I mean, sure it was nice to see but the outside was almost more impressive, I would save my money to be honest.

This was advertised as a "skip the line" tour, that is false. We waited in a very long line but it wasn't terribly bad. We also had a little trouble finding our contact. He had to give us the information so we could listen on the self guided tour. Not sure why they instructed me to download the Dex App if we were using something else. Anyhow, the information we listed too was interesting and the structure was pretty cool.
