The tour called me a week prior to the trip to tell me that due to "a glitch" in the system, I had booked an event that didn't actually exist. I tried contacting Headout with no luck. The issue was unresolved. I will be disputing the charges since you booked an event that didn't actually exist not exist.

I purchased tickets to access the coliseum at 11:15am, skip the line with virtual reality experience. I received email confirmation of what I purchased. Instead when they say 'skip the line' they don't mean to access the coliseum but that the tickets are online is is so you don't have to queue at the ticket office; then the time of the ticket was not what you chose(in our case the tickets received was either to access at 9:30am instead of 11:15am) and then when they say 'with virtual reality experience) it is not at the coliseum and it is not about the history of the coliseum. It is an entrance to a multimedia museum 30 min walk from the colosseum with explanations about the history of Rome (video with 3D costeutions) Not bad but nothing to do with the advertisement (and confirmation) that talked about access to the colosseum with virtual reality experience (except with a picture of a group of people in front of the colosseum with 3D glasses). So it is simply a retailer, not clear.

Using a multisensory experience and Oculus VR glasses, you will be transported to ancient Rome while listening to a multilingual audio guide that will provide you with authentic historical knowledge about these places.
Admire the bronze figure of Nero that is covered in gold and numerous other nearby monuments as you virtually stroll across the packed historic square. Next, at the arena's stage, hear the roar of lions and the clash of swords as the gladiators battle. Finally, roam the eerie underground passageways where slaves were housed in order to prepare for the performances.
Once your VR tour is over, you can independently roam the halls and passages of the Colosseum. Also access Palatine Hill, one of the most ancient parts of the city, and the Roman Forum, located at the center of Rome which has religious, political and social significance.
