ticketing - very easy to do and to use for all our reservations (3 - Frameless, the Eye, day tour) The guide for the day tour (Guided magic of London Tour with Afternoon tea at Harrods) was excellent. The bus was very confortable, and because we were the only ones going to Harrods, they took us with a private taxi to Harrods and up to the "Georgian".

The tour was very complete and gives a fantastic view of London illuminated at Christmas. And the speaker was very pleasant and detailed. A highly recommended experience!

I loved the bus because you can see London in a different view. It was amazing to share this experience with my lovely wife ❤️

The experience was fantastic. Getting the early access and seeing the gate opening and Crown Jewels without the crowds was unbelievable. Louisa is a fantastic guide who is both knowledgeable with spots of humor that made the experience even more enjoyable. Her wealth of knowledge was amazing and informative. Five stars to her!

Our tour was awesome. Our guide Stephen was friendly, fun and knowledgeable . We enjoyed the meet and great with the Beefeater and learned so much. One of our most favorite tours in London. Highly recommend

Not enough good things to say about our guide, Ariane. She was so insightful, fun and interesting. She packed so much in but yet it wasn't overwhelming. Strongly recommend doing this....and asking for Ariane. This was the 6th touring 7 days and she was the absolute best guide!!
