Seamless activation

• After purchasing your pass online, download the Go City app on your phone.

• Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to sync your pass to the app.

• While most attractions don’t require reservations, some popular ones do. Look out for the “reservations required” label on the Go City app. Tap the attraction to find out how to book.

• Your pass activates when you visit your first attraction and scan it at the entry.

Validity:

• Before activation: Your pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• After activation: Your pass is valid for 1/2/3/5 consecutive calendar days selected while booking. Your access for each day ends at midnight, regardless of when you start using your pass. For example, a 3-day pass you begin using at 4pm on Monday is valid until 11:59pm on Wednesday.
