• You can enjoy each attraction at once at no cost.

• Please note that the included and discounted attractions can only be visited once.

• Please have a valid official photo ID on hand for identification purposes (e.g., ID card, passport, driver's license).

• Your City Pass starts on the day you first use it and stays valid for the following days you've chosen.

• Children under 8 are not admitted to Hamburg Dungeon.

• Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ at Hamburg Dungeon.

• Guests select their preferred German or English tour directly in the digital pass.

• German tours: multiple starting times are usually available from morning through afternoon.

• English tours: usually available at two starting times in the afternoon.

• Please check your digital pass for available times and booking instructions.

• Please display your mobile/print pass with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

How Do I Use My Pass

• You can redeem your pass by simply showing it at the entrance of each attraction to enter.

• Please show the voucher sent by the Turbopass after your booking via e-mail (If you do not receive this e-mail after 12 hours, please check your spam/junk folders). The headout voucher will not be valid to redeem your entrances and activities.
