Got there late after trying the train for almost 4 hours. They made no promises but said we could wait to see if anyone was late for the next appointment. We got there at 7:15 for a 6:30 appointment. With no hope of getting on and only one day in town we waited. What a wonderful and totally unexpected result when Jordyn gave us the news we could get on at the 7:30 time slot. Was a joy seeing the sights from the eye we thought we missed out on and we are still in awe that they didn't turn us away after missing our appointment. Thank you so very much for being so kind to 2 weary travelers. Would do it all over again but next time hopefully on time.Marketa

If you are in London for the first time it is great oportunity to see it from this angle. Nevetheless I enjoyed it even it was not my first visit. You have to stay in the queue (we waited appx 30 mins) even you have ticket for the exact time. The bubble itself is not full as I feared. You have enough space to take fotos you like or sit if you are tired.Johanna
