The guides information was fabulous. She loves her job. Unfortunately 2 of the 6 people only spoke French in an English speaking tour. This was confusing and the tour longer than necessary due to her constantly switching languages. Great cheeses.

The cheese museum was truly excellent. If you like cheese and know a little about the different types, this will be of especial interest. I cannot recommend highly enough. I'm so glad I went. I learned about timing, types, reasons for differences, and more.

Excellent visit to the Cheese museum. Very competent and friendly team. We spent a delightful hour learning about the different varieties of French cheeses and the reasons behind the textures, taste etc.. We learned about cheese making, viewed demonstrations and tasted different cheeses. All the explanations and demonstrations were clear, easy to understand and in a very relaxed atmosphere with a lot of good humor. Also, as a plus, very very close to Notre Dame, the Sacred Chapel and many other important Parisian sites.
