We had an amazing experience with this combo tour! The guided visit to the Eiffel Tower was well organized, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared lots of interesting facts about the tower and the history of Paris. The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The Seine River cruise was the perfect way to end the day. It was relaxing to see Paris from the water while passing famous landmarks like Notre-Dame, the Louvre, and the beautiful bridges along the river. It gave us a completely different perspective of the city. There was a short wait to get through security at the Eiffel Tower, but that's to be expected at such a popular attraction. Everything else ran smoothly, and the combination of the guided tour and river cruise offered excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Paris. It's a fantastic way to see two of the city's most iconic attractions in one memorable trip!

My favorite spot was at the base of the Eiffel Tower. People often focus on the rest of the structure, but this part really inspired me!!! I was able to appreciate the architecture and see just how massive it is. Our guide was extraordinary: she knows the area inside and out, she’s interactive, and she gets us involved. We ask questions, and she answers them. She makes us laugh. She can compare the heights of several world-famous buildings—like the Empire State Building and the Skype Tower in Toronto—with the Eiffel Tower. She knows the history of this building inside and out, and the way she tells it to us is so vivid!!!! We’ll take the Seine river cruise very soon—it was hot, but it was truly amazing!!!!

A fun, quick tour, with some interesting facts about the tower and the sights visible from it, efficient service, and a friendly guide who spoke English and Spanish. After the guided portion, there was free time on the tower. The package included a sightseeing boat cruise at any time or day—the line was intimidating at first, but around 10 p.m. we waited our 35 minutes, and in return we got to enjoy the cruise during prime time with Paris all lit up. Overall, everyone was satisfied.

We were lucky with the cruise as boarding started like 15mins after we went there. We had a lot of funny people there whooing and singing and talking to people on bridges. We had a wonderful time. As for the Eiffel, our guide was kind and helpful and funny, she got us up on the second floor as soon as possible and helped us queue for the top. Her style of talking about it was funny, we laughed a lot.

It was a negative experience because I thought the guide would be inside the Tower. However, after figuring out where to go—and due to bad weather, as there was a storm that lasted about 15 minutes—I arrived at the meeting point at 7:05 p.m., and the tour was scheduled for 7:00 p.m. I couldn’t find the guide anymore, and my wife and I lost 118 euros, and I had to pay extra to go up the Tower. I tried to explain what had happened, but it was no use. At 6:20 p.m., I was inside the Tower and didn’t know I was supposed to go to a meeting point outside—partly because I didn’t know the language very well—and by the time I figured out where to go, I’d lost some time. In the meantime, a storm had rolled in, and I arrived at the meeting point 5 minutes late, only to find that they had already left. The bottom line is that I lost my money and had to pay again to go up the Tower without being able to take the boat tour on the Seine.
