We spent more than an hour in the line, it was very cold, the guide didn't use those audio guide so he was shouting and we couldn't hear him very well. We wasted time under the tower with cold wind that we could hace used in the line. Then when we got up we couldn't get to the top, it had just closed. The guide was nice but it was really expensive for what it was. It supposed to skip the line and it was the opposite.

The guide (a somewhat older man) gave us interesting information about the history of the construction of the Eiffel Tower as well as some figures. I had also booked for a Seine cruise, but the clerk in the History Group office should have explained to me how to get from there to embarkation and which boat to take, as there are several shipping companies on the Seine. I had to figure it all out on my own.

The experience of visiting the Eiffel Tower and enjoying the wonderful view was very good. However, it was necessary to get to the Headout office first, which was quite a distance away. There was a waiting time there, which later led to the guide having to "run" with the group to the Eiffel Tower at double time. Anyone who couldn't keep up was out of luck. We asked her about this and asked her to slow down a little. She then told us that this was necessary in order to get to the Eiffel Tower on time. It makes you wonder why we were only able to leave so late. The tour itself was good. The guide knew a lot and involved the participants. When we wanted to take the booked trip on the Seine afterwards, it wasn't possible because the ticket wasn't valid. Nothing could be clarified via the app because the supposed live chat was only a help bot. After making several attempts to resolve the matter, we went back to the office. There we found out that they had neglected to give us the relevant access card for the Seine River cruise in the morning. Only then were we able to enjoy the trip on the Seine.
