CoupleVerified bookingLast week4/5I liked skipping the line to get into the museum and the museums themselves are amazing. However, we did have to wait about 35 40 mins at the meet up spot ( we did get there about 25 min early). They say to be there 15 min before but it's hard to time it exactly. It was hot and crowded outside and they call you names alphabetically ( we are W). Then you follow a guide who moves pretty quickly with a large crowd following so we almost lost her. There's no regard as in a regular line as to who's been there first and waiting longer. I'm sure it was still a good bit shorter wait than without the skip the line tickets. It was helpful for getting through security because she told us exactly what to do. Once inside you are on your own. The first couple sculpture rooms are not crowded but once you get moving in the direction of the Sistine Chapel, it is very congested and there is no place to sit down or rest for those who need to. We were fine, but I saw some others who seemed to be struggling. Be prepared for a very long wait to actually get to the chapel. That's not a complaint, just a fact to be aware of. It was worth it, but it's helpful to be aware that the weight is very long once you're in. We were still glad we went and that we did the skip the line. It is amazing!AAbhinav M
CoupleVerified booking2 days ago5/5Visiting the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel was an unforgettable experience. The entire visit was incredibly well organised, and the skip-the-line access made the experience much easier, especially with the large crowds. The museums are filled with breathtaking artwork, beautiful architecture, fascinating history and incredible details at every turn. The Sistine Chapel was definitely the highlight and seeing Michelangelo’s work in person was truly amazing. Our Headout booking process was simple and convenient, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. We were able to enjoy the visit without worrying about tickets or long queues. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our Rome trip, and I would definitely recommend visiting the Vatican Museums and booking through Headout.PPerla A
SoloVerified booking6 days ago5/5Easy access and skip the line entry to Vatican Museums. It was my first time with Headout and my first time visiting the Vatican Museums and oh boy it did not disappoint. What an enriching, inspiring, wonderful, mind blowing, touching and spiritual experience. Being able to see in person and experience the grandeur of the Vatican Museums and seeing the works and great masterpieces of our world renowned artists is a great privilege and a lifetime opportunity to cherish and appreciate!!! Given the time and resources I will go through the whole experience again and again spending more time in the Sistine Chapel!!!DDeryn O
CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5We knew that visiting The Vatican was a must see on our short visit to Rome and as we had so little time The Sisten Chapel was our goal. Using Head Out to get us through the entrance as quickly as possible was fantastic and once inside the museum was quite incredible. I didn't realise how many treasures were to be seen. The room with the animal sculptures was a particular highlight for meSSandra M
GroupVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5Very efficient went for 8.15 spot for the vatican. got to the meeting point earlier. Did get into the Vatican quite quickly and as I had forgotten any form of ID the lady getting us in managed to get me our tickets. I did think it was a bit expensive €75 each as getting tickets direct was £25 each. But skip the line was a big bonus after seeing the queues even at 8.15 in the morning.
