The Battló is a work of unbelievable beauty and surprising functionality. Gaudí paid attention to every last detail to make life in the house both pleasureable and comfortable. Platinum tickets are not worth the price difference, Gold is fine. Go early. The venue fills up fast and crowd and noise make it difficult to appreciate the venue.

The organization is very good, and the staff at the entrance were very friendly and ready to guide you with anything needed. The audio guide works very well for each area and lets you enjoy every space at your own pace. The place is gorgeous.

Short wait time to get in. The audioguide on the tablet was very helpful. Even though it was crowded, the hallways rarely got blocked thanks to how the groups were spaced out. The house is spectacular, and you truly experience and breathe it in as if it were a living being.

Easy to come as I could skip the cues. The app was a bit difficult to download (or maybe it as just my phone) so it was helpful to have a screenshot of the tickets available to ease the process just in case. All in all OK, and I was happy for the discount.
