The combo ticket booking experience and how it works was the easiest way to entry path for both the memorable experiences. The river cruise was like a one hour ride, please take your own headphones as you can download and listen to the curated location synced audio description only with that. Today I spent some time at Termas, and all I can say is: what a wonderful place! It’s the kind of setting that makes you forget the hustle and bustle and enjoy every moment. Between fun, relaxation, and good company, everything there seems designed to make the day feel lighter and more special. Anyone who’s been there knows what I’m talking about… and if you haven’t been yet, you’ve got to check it out! As for tickets, it’s very convenient and the price is great

I went to Széchenyi the biggest Thermen of Budapest . I had a locker and the man working there saw from my twist which number I had. The water felt very hot, somehow like 38° or more, but it was about the same as the weather, 23° I expected to see steam coming from the water, but that's only in autumn and winter, I suppose. Beautiful side baths, and beds to lay on in the sun.

Easy booking, and the entry ticket was sent at the same time. I bought a ticket for the Széchenyi thermal baths in Budapest with skip-the-line entry and a private cabin, which was very convenient and much appreciated - a very good experience. I highly recommend this moment of pure relaxation in these pools heated to different temperatures, the swimming pool, steam rooms, and saunas in a timeless setting.

The spa was lovely, much cleaner than we expected and we were able to grab front row seats having only arrived at 10:00am (on a Wednesday). The cruise was fantastic- Elijah was so knowledgeable and spoke fluently through hundreds of years of history! Both standout experiences and the ticket process was super easy at both!!

The place is magnificent and I enjoyed a relaxing day there. I arrived at midday and there were no sunbeds left in the whole place, but I found a single (last!) chair which was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the beauty of the architecture and the yellow facades around the outside pool area. What I didn't like was that I had to pay an extra 10 Euros, as the regular tickets were sold out.

What to expect

Opened in 1913, Széchenyi Spa is Europe's largest thermal bath complex, famed for its Neo-baroque architecture and healing mineral waters sourced from natural hot springs.

3 outdoor pools: Relax in the thermal pool, swim laps in the swimming pool, or enjoy the experience pool with jets and massaging water features.

15 indoor pools: Choose from pools of varying temperatures, designed to help with relaxation and wellness.

Sauna & steam rooms: Access multiple saunas and steam cabins to detox and enhance your wellness experience.

Locker or private cabin: Store your belongings securely in a locker or opt for a private changing cabin for additional comfort.

Want to save time and avoid entrance crowds during the rush hours? Opt for fast-track entry, available in morning or afternoon time slots, to skip the main queue and gain direct entry to the spa.

What to bring

Bring along your swimsuit, towel, slippers, and a swimming cap for the experience.

It is mandatory to wear slippers throughout the spa area. Swimming caps are required in swimming pools but not in thermal baths.

What's not allowed

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

This experience is restricted to guests under the age of 14 years.

Accessibility

This experience is not wheelchair or pram/stroller accessible.

Additional Information

On Saturdays, the venue opens at 8:00 AM, so plan your arrival accordingly.

Due to scheduled maintenance, the swimming pool will be closed from April 20 to May 17, 2026.

Renovation work will take place at the entrance stairs from Állatkerti Street between May 4 and July 12, 2026.

The swimming pool side locker room area will be under renovation and converted into a coed locker room between July 29 and August 6, 2026.

The staircase sunbathing area will undergo renovation from August 31 to October 11, 2026.

The women’s thermal section will be closed for renovation from December 7, 2026, through November 2027.

The pools and surrounding areas must be vacated 20 minutes before closing.

Last entry is permitted up to one hour before closing time.

If you select the fast-track entry ticket, make sure to enter the spa before 11am or after 3pm for guaranteed immediate entry.

Your ticket allows one-time entry only and cannot be reused for re-entry.
