Absolutely loved it, especially all the pools, pity there was work going on in the middle of pools.. loved the ice baths to also weather was lovely, BUT you need to ask the staff there to go on a training course for customer service there attitude towards customers are applauding and disrespectful. That would not happen here in Liverpool we paid a lot of money to go on holiday and for different activities m, if they treat people like this they should not be in this line of work. Hopefully you will be able to rectify this and put them on a training course soonTapaswini

The baths were very relaxing and stunning! Downsides are that it does feel crowded in comparison to others, very difficult to get a sunbed :( and, finding your way around was a bit challenging sometimes but some staff were very helpful.

Start your day at the main entrance of Széchenyi Spa, where you’ll validate your ticket and receive your locker or private cabin access. Once checked in, you're free to explore the spa’s historic and rejuvenating facilities at your own pace.
What to expect
Opened in 1913, Széchenyi Spa is Europe's largest thermal bath complex, famed for its Neo-baroque architecture and healing mineral waters sourced from natural hot springs.

What to bring
- Bring along your swimsuit, towel, slippers, and a swimming cap for the experience.
- It is mandatory to wear slippers throughout the spa area. Swimming caps are required in swimming pools but not in thermal baths.
What's not allowed
- Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
- Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use indoor thermal pools, as thermal water is not recommended for them.
Accessibility
- This experience is not wheelchair or pram/stroller accessible.
Additional Information
- The bath complex will be closed on May 12, 2025, and the Dayspalm area will be closed on June 4, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance.
- The pools and surrounding areas must be vacated 20 minutes before closing.
- Last entry is permitted up to one hour before closing time.
- If you select the fast-track entry ticket, make sure to enter the spa before 11am or after 3pm for guaranteed immediate entry.
- Your ticket allows one-time entry only and cannot be reused for re-entry.
- Please note that pools and saunas undergo regular maintenance, and certain areas may be temporarily unavailable.
