We bought an all day ticket and arrived at 9.30am, we didn't wait at all. Our changing room was very clean and the wrist strap secured it for the day. The weather was very warm, clear blue sky, so there were a lot of sun beds out and people 'reserved' with towels. We stayed outside for a few hours then ventured into the pool building. There were saunas, steam rooms and multiple pools of varying temperatures. We had a large chicken roll for lunch which cost around 2500f, coffee and beer was also available. The atmosphere was great, adventure pool was good fun and everyone was friendly. Brilliant value for money, an essential Budapest experience.

The baths were so warm. I really enjoyed the adventure pool with the swirly "lazy river". Didn't use the jacuzzi but many did and seemed to enjoy it. It was also nice to have lunch on the terrace. The wonderfully warm main "bath" I will never forget. It wasn't overcrowded and it was a great way to spend our last day before returning to the UK. Checked out of our hotel and with the aid of the cabin were able to store our luggage whilst enjoying the pool. A quick uber to the airport and we were on our way having had a wonderful restful day.

The Széchenyi thermal baths are well worth a visit! The outdoor baths are great fun, especially the little whirlpool in the big pool. The atmosphere is relaxed and the perfect place to unwind. The interior is nice too, with several pools of different temperatures, even if some areas sometimes smell a bit unpleasant. On the other hand, the signs are not always clear and there is a lack of toilets. Despite these minor drawbacks, it's still a must-see experience in Budapest!
    • Enjoy access to Széchenyi Thermal Baths with entry to over 15 indoor and outdoor pools, soothing steam rooms, and saunas.

    • Upgrade your experience with optional fast-track entry in the morning or afternoon, saving time at the entrance during peak hours.

    • Select a locker for secure personal storage or go for a private cabin with a changing space—ideal for added comfort and privacy.

    • Unwind at Hungary’s largest and most iconic thermal spa, admiring its grand Neo-Baroque architecture and soaking up the goodness of thermal waters.

  • These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

I booked from home the quick entry after 3 p.m. with private cabin which was all perfect. The facility takes you to a certainly opulent past that has dropped considerably to today, for example the stone benches inside the octagonal rooms with the small pools were not heated (if observed they have hot air vents both behind the back and at the feet) as well as the doors of some saunas and Turkish baths made of plastic, the showers without nozzles; going back to the actual facility it is very large with its 16/18 pools that are kept in order. The baths, which are a huge gift of nature, help us to live better and especially in these baths that have different concentrations of minerals, salts and chlorides, can be enjoyed for various kinds of problems and it is precisely in this regard that it left me bitter in the mouth and very disoriented as it would have been interesting to follow a path, with a logical sense, and be able to read it in one's own language. Last apostrophe too many people who do not respect silence, do not put their headphones where they need to and bring their cell phones into the pool thinking they are at an amusement park. Very bad

The Pools were great. and fun but overcrowded. Instructions to the entry point weren't clear, and I had to walk in circles. Also , exit points weren't clear. Ticket instructions weren't clear- it stated locker/cabin. Conditions for changing near the locker were truly not comfortable, no privacy, no curtain, overcrowded! with no private space, and the exit from the showers was near an open corridor where men were walking freely!!! Also, the place wasn't kept clean. All in all, I did have fun, but conditions weren't optimal. I'll try Rudas Bath, I've heard it's better!

We went in the afternoon and I was expecting a lot more crowds than there were that day. The larger outdoor pool was under construction, so I would have liked to see that reflected in the entrance fee. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, the cleaning staff came by frequently to check the bathrooms. The lockers are really useful, no need to pay extra for a cabin.

The whole visit to the baths was very good, it exceeded my expectations, so it helped me to relax and leave the spa with strength to continue my visit to the city. We went as a couple and the visit is highly recommended. You also have the option to choose the bath you like and repeat as many times as you want. Some rooms are spectacular.

Even though it was late October, during our visit, the experience was indeed great. Due to the regular maintenance, two outside pool nwere out of function, which may have left the impression of a crowd but people spread to interior pools so it levels out. Cabins were spacious, showers and toilets clean and all in all, wonderful experience.
