I have arthritis in my ankles which makes it difficult to walk, even on the smoothest of walkways. Walking on the cobblestone surfaces was extremely difficult for me. This was obviously not the fault of the tower. I should have thought about this more and maybe not have done this tour but I did want to see the Tower and the Crown Jewels. There is nothing that could have been done to make this experience any better for me. I was traveling with my wife and two daughters and they enjoyed the entire experience.

Really easy to get tickets and use the QR codes on the day with no hassle. My husband and I purposely travelled early so that there wasn't too much queuing, and would recommend an early morning visit. Plenty to see, but some spaces can get cramped fast as more people arrive.

We both had a great time at the Tower, it was nice to walk around where so many famous and infamous people have previously walked and were impressed with how well the building has been preserved, but the highlight was without doubt the Crown Jewels, they are amazing and so many of them, no wonder they are so well guarded and such a huge tourist attraction. Will definitely go again and try to see what we missed this time.

Bought really easily online ticket I was so so exciting to visited this tower. As a french tourist, I learn a lot about others countries history, royality and political decision. London Tower is one of my best memories on London I just would like to see a little better the memorial of Queen consort Anne Boleyn and Queen consort Katherine Howard (with maybe some photos)
