What to bring

Ticket voucher: Display your voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the sanctuary entrance.

Photo ID: Carry a valid photo ID to verify your ticket when you arrive.

What's not allowed

Prohibited items: Do not bring glassware, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, skates or motorised vehicles.

Noise and music: Noise amplifiers, speakers, megaphones and musical instruments are not permitted inside the sanctuary.

Alcohol: Do not bring alcohol into the sanctuary at any time.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside; use the designated smoking area outside after getting a re-entry stamp.

Pets: Do not bring pets, as they are not allowed inside the sanctuary.

Accessibility

General access: Most areas are wheelchair and pram or stroller accessible, with alternate routes for limited mobility.

Terrain limits: Kangaroo reserves and unpaved paths may not be suitable for wheelchairs.

Equipment hire: Wheelchairs and strollers are available for hire; contact the venue in advance to reserve one.

Guide dogs: Guide dogs with valid ID are welcome in public areas like the Riverside Café.

Accessibility

Pregnancy: Pregnant guests cannot participate in the Story Bridge Adventure Climb for safety reasons.

Age and size limits: Participants must be at least 6 years old, 110 cm tall and weigh no more than 130 kg.
