Celebrated a masterpiece of Byzantine architecture, the mosque is famous for its impressive dome and grand mosaics. Next up is the Blue Mosque, renowned for its blue tiles adorning the walls, creating breathtaking geometric patterns and floral designs. Visit the Suleymaniye Mosque, designed by the renowned architect Mimar Sinan, the 16th-century mosque is truly one of Istanbul’s grandest. With its massive size, elegant domes and Ottoman interiors, it is a sight to behold.

What's not allowed

  • This tour can accommodate a maximum of 9 people in 1 group.

  • The upper gallery is accessible by stairs, it's not recommended for tourists with mobility issues.

  • Knees and shoulders must be covered. A headscarf is mandatory for women and can be purchased at the entrance.

Additional information

  • It's recommended to wear clothes that cover shoulders, underarms, back, and knees.

  • Tour guidance inside the mosque is forbidden. Guides can still escort the groups but they can't give any explanation. Silence is mandatory.

  • The mosque provides information through audio guides available in multiple languages.

  • Tourists must have their own headphones or purchase one at the entrance for 100 TRY. You can scan QR codes to listen to the content.

  • Museum cards are not accepted.

  • Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

  • Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

  • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
