Our first attempt to get on the bus at stop 13 was denied 3 times. The driver wouldn't open the door. You were clearly oversold for that time of day yet accepted our order around the same time. A suggestion is to advise anyone placing an order be notified of which stoppa were heavy. Other companies were picking up people at the same spot without issue.James

I've been on many trains now and I have to say this was probably the most clean and comfortable I have been on in quite a while now. Plenty of seats available and onboard wifi made the trip a lot easier. Loads of space to store luggage and plugs as well if you want to charge your phone. Really not much else you can ask for on a train.
