The audio guide was really good and clear, and done in a humerus way. The only thing bus waiting time was too long, We waited for bus for over an hour, The waiting time was too much. Not 15-20 as informed.

It was fine until mid day when three stops were not operating without warning and disrupted our plans. End of the day at Tower of London we waited for over 45 minutes and finally decided to pay to ride the river boat back.Marketa

The transport is very fast, clean and comfortable. We were able to connect to wifi and charge our mobile phones. The reduction is needed. The probem was the tickets. I ordered them from Paddington to Heathrow but somehow it ended other way around. Fortunatelly the staff was understanding and let us go.
