We came to Lisbon to see the city and its monuments, and to top it off, we spent a few hours touring Benfica's stadium. It was the icing on the cake, spending two hours immersed in the football atmosphere of one of the world's greatest teams, both past and present. Entering from the stands was thrilling, and the tour then continued inside through the locker rooms and press room, before heading back onto the pitch by the benches. To our surprise, we found ourselves face-to-face with the team's mascots... the two great eagles... waiting to take flight over the pitch. Truly exciting... To wrap up, we visited the museum, filled with countless trophies and historical memorabilia. It was a wonderful experience.

This was my first time booking with Headout. This was really easy and they did a good job providing email notifications so it was easy to find my tickets. It made the line smooth and reasonable tickets. The Jerónimo Monastery itself was breathtaking. Did not like the panhandlers outside but not the establishment's fault. The architecture was gorgeous and stunning and such a great experience. So many photo opportunities to capture the natural beauty. I would have loved to see more signage for people like me that did the self guided tour but otherwise had a great time. Would definitely use Headout again for future tickets.

We did the tour yesterday as a family. Booking was very easy and hassle-free. We received a very friendly welcome at the stadium. Tours run multiple times a day. We had a wonderful young lady guiding us who answered all our questions brilliantly. It was absolutely amazing, with plenty of real goosebump moments when we entered the players' dressing rooms, the tunnel leading out to the pitch, or onto the sidelines. And above all, in our opinion, it was great value for money. We definitely recommend the tour and would do it again in a heartbeat! 👍

Registration was easy, but at the time of payment there was a glitch, as if the payment hadn't gone through. We checked our bank account and nothing indicated a payment. We tried again and succeeded. But then, to our surprise, we received 4 vouchers. So we paid twice. I submitted a complaint, but didn't know how to answer all the questions. I was only able to open everything on the day of the visit.

Instructions before the visit were detailed and helpful. Arrival 30 minutes ahead if entry-time was perfect. Landmark is outstanding, remarkable artwork in stone, not too many people around, you could always go next to the object or part you wanted to visit. Most impressive for me we're the cloister and the chapter house, what wonderful arches! Mostly recommended for architecture lovers!

The monastery is just stunning - the architecture and celebration of the exploration and the role of the monastery in that past time was really well presented throughout. We went later in the afternoon and it was a lovely temperature and had wonderful light for photos at that time. The line was quite long and disorganised to get in, but it moved relatively quickly in the end.
