A warm welcome at the Bassin des Lumières! I was asked for my opinion on the Headout ticketing service. I shared how satisfied I was! As for the Bassin des Lumières, this wasn’t my first time there. I must say that since I’m familiar with how the venue works, I was able to appreciate the various scenes depending on the location. You could watch the entire show from the bleachers or inside the cistern in addition to wandering around. It’s possible since there’s no time limit! The Little Prince is perfectly illustrated, with music that carries you and transports you throughout the show. The philosophical approach is far more elaborate than in the school presentation many of us experienced as children. Some scenes transport you to a truly unique world. It really gets under your skin, and at times you even feel a kind of euphoria. Definitely worth seeing again!

I really enjoyed this visit with my children and grandchildren. However, only two ticket options were available on your website, even though my daughter could have purchased a student ticket, one of my grandchildren—who is under 6—could have entered for free, and I—being over 65—could have purchased a senior ticket. It was impossible to get a refund on site or to exchange the tickets for a future visit because I had purchased them on your website (response from the Bassin des Lumières). Otherwise, there were no issues with receiving the tickets online.

A light show depicting the story of Saint-Exupéry's *The Little Prince*. It's very beautiful and touching, set along the water basins. In Bordeaux, the basin is easy to find, with a large parking lot for cars and motorcycles... restrooms...

We received a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived, and we were then pleasantly surprised by the musical presentation of key elements from *The Little Prince*. It’s a very unique experience to be able to stroll through these pools while enjoying a musical show projected onto the walls. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
