Fabulous day. Well organised at the brunch to ensure every family got private time with the capybaras. Good selection of food. Lots of optional interactive experiences at the zoo - some free, some additional costs. We were a little late arriving as there was a lot of traffic from Kuta and the arrival staff organised a golf buggy to take us straight over. Would highly recommend the whole experience. We did it in around 4 hours but could easily spend all day. We didn't take swimmers but I wish we had for the waterpark

Smooth pick up and drop off. Good music. Easy entry to the zoo. Very organised at Capy ineraction. Would have been good for little more time with capybaras and for food to be included. Photos also very expensive so we didn't get anything. Overall we had a great day at the zoo with lots of interactions with the animals.

Everything was arranged - hotel transfers, entry to zoo, capybara experience. The whole experience was seamless and customer service excellent. The zoo is one of the more spacious and easy to navigate I have been to. The animals all looked happy and in good condition.

Easy to book, exchanged at ticket booth at entry for tickets (wrist bands). Booked for 1pm capybara connection (not with lunch option). Open air shared cafe, adjoinjng shaded outdoor area where the capybara are, so adults can relax and see the kids interacting with the capybara, a tortoise too with feed (plants for capybara, flowers for tortoise). Animals so well behaved and funny/ cute. 10yo enjoyed herself so much and definitely memorable. Staff were flexible and let us in as we were early than our session time. The included drinks were from their menu- great value. After this, Bali zoo needed about 3 hours to explore including taking shuttle to and back in the zoo. Very green and shady to walk, great day!!!
