The whole experience was awesome especially the Elephants although it was disappointing we didn't get to see the baby elephant due to the rain. The Buffet Breakfast with the Orangatans was "Magical Our escorted tour around the Zoo in a Buggy one I would recommend Our Guide was Excy Very friendly and informative

This was a fabulous experience and wonderful that the animals are not made to touch humans. Zoos have come a long way to continue to provide education without negative impact on animals. Bali Zoo is completely refurbished with natural habitats and relative large enclosures.

Food was good and had something for everyone on the buffet. Staff were attentive and friendly. All the zoo keepers were very professional and the animals all seemed to be cared for very well. Everyone was given the opportunity to get some fantastic photos with the orangutan as well as a range of other animals. The only thing I was not happy with was that the zoo is still using elephants for rides which is not good for them. Other than that, I couldn't fault the experience, it was excellent.

We celebrate my son 16th birthday and staff there was very thoughtful. Food was really good and a lot to choose from. The staff were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the animals that they presented.

We were running a bit late, so when we got there, there was only one orangutan and a monkey swinging around, however the breakfast was really yummy and it was a wonderful day!
