It wasn't special due to the Bali zoo was way too crowded, we can't get the elephant ride due to the long waiting list, the only reason we visited was for the elephant ride but we didn't get to do it so we left early. But the online ticket system was very convenient, less line than walk in ticket, so that's the only positive from our overall experience.
