From outset the company's communication was 1st class . Regular WhatsApp msgs and prompt replies to any queries . Not was any trouble to tour organisers. Both tours speak for themselves . We were collected on time by courteous English speaking driver for salt mine tour and had clear instructions on pickup & times etc 2 nd rendezvous with larger coach back in krakow was again timely and stress free . We had absolutely fantastic coach represeatives who regularly updated us on process to get into Austwich. Repeated info eventually sticks !! I'm overall such a memorable day both in Terms of the attractions and the organisation behind it to safely & efficiently make it happen Big thankyou to all
