Our driver, Sebastian, was right on time and is a very friendly guy. He also clearly explained to each of us where we needed to be and at what time. This was further supported by the group chat he had created. Very handy. The salt mines were beautiful and, oh, so wonderfully cool. So it was a pleasant change of pace after the heat in Krakow. Auschwitz-Birkenau was impressive! It’s beyond words what human beings are capable of…

The guide was friendly and spoke good english. Traveling in the minibus was uncomfortable; the seats were very small and there was very little legroom. The schedule of the day were unclear and the breaks were short. During the guided tours tourist groups followed one another closely and the pace was quite fast. A long but rewarding day.

Our guide was very well informed about the story for both entities and we didn't feel how much time has passed. As recomendation for tourists - take your time and read something in advance, it will help you better understand the terrible times Poland has faced.
