The tour was very well organized. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He also translated for us on the tour. Auschwitz-Birkenau was a powerful experience. Parts felt a little rushed- but there is so much to see, and they are large sites to cover in the amount of time allotted. That being said, I learned so much and appreciated how our guide shared the stories about what happened here. The salt mines were a wonderful experience as well! The sculptures are beautiful, and the tour sharing the history of the mines was very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour.

The tours were both extremely interesting..... special mention to the guides - catherine in the salt mines and especially gregory in auschwitz (very respectful and informative)... the only problem in the whole day was not long enough at the restaurant and some people did not get their food in time..... other than this i would recommend this tour... however if you have mobility issues or are unfit, the pace can be quite punishing at times and it is a long day (about 13hrs for us)

Everything was perfect! The driver was super friendly and helpful. We were given very good directions to the meeting points. The guides were also friendly and explained the history of the place very well. Both the headout team and the partner in charge of the tour were very clear, helpful and available for any questions we had. I recommend it 100%

The salt mines were excellent with an excellent tour guide who made it interesting and threw in some humour. We didn't arrive at autzwitch until 3pm and by the time everyone collected their headsets etc in was 3.20pm before the tour started. The tour of both autzwitch and Birkenau was rushed And lot's of information missed out. I know this because I have been before. I came with my son who hadn't been before and I was very disappointed that he didn't get the full experience.
