It was the cheapest one I could find, they changed the time but it was still within the acceptable range. The guide didn't go as in depth as she could have but she did make sure to let us know everything during the bus. The driver was charming and very funny from the first moment. The guide simply came to give us the explanation in Spanish but I did not understand very well the presence of another guide who had accreditation to guide us but did not know Spanish. Basically we had two guides but only one spoke Spanish and the other had permission to give the explanation which she did not give. That generated a bit of bewilderment and disappointment. But overall the experience was good, at least they didn't cancel it like other families.

For transparency of service and management. Entrance to Auschwitz at the moment is limited (the reason is unknown to us) and therefore to ensure our entry, the agency organized the trip at 1.35 am. .... we waited about 7 hours but we ensured our visit . After talking to other French people, several of them were "misled" by agencies and were unable to visit. This explains my comment: a transparent, responsible agency that was able to guarantee us service even though the conditions were more than unusual. Room for improvement: blankets, coffee and better organization for the compulsory wait to guarantee entry.

The small bus picked us up at the scheduled time. The 1.5 hour transfer was comfortable and our driver was a safe driver! Our guide on the bus provided information on the way to the two camps and guided us through the two concentration camps. He provided a lot of information about how the initial selection process occurred, their daily life of misery, torture, medical experimention, starvation, abuse and death from the conditions, gun executions, hanging, and the gas chambers were for Jewish men, women, and children. We also saw the furnaces in Auschwitz were so many victims were cremated in a vain attempt to hide their crimes. It was a somber, heart wrenching day that I will never forget.

There was no experience at all. I am extremely surprised that you have the audacity to send me a review request. The reservation was cencelled. We paid for a trip that starts at 6 am and were at the meeting poit halfan hour earlier. But there was no place for us. After a long comunication with a chatbot we finally understood that ourr reservation was changed to 1:55am. And there was an e-mail in the middle of the night. Obviously we,as customers, have to check our mail every a hour at hight.Visiting Awschwitz was the main reason to visit Poland and the disappointed was huge. The only good thing was the Headout. Thanks to it support we coud get a full refund.

So well organised. I had heard horror stories about other companies making you leave at 1.30am and then making you stand in the rain / cold for hours to get tickets. Not the case with this company - tickets already provided. Slight change of the tour time, but this was communicated well the day prior. Our royal tours guide Jakob was very good & ensured the day ran smoothly. We opted for hotel pick up, and the vehicle was very comfortable and spatious. The auschwitz guide was amazing, so knowledgable and made the experience even better. Would highly recommend!

Marcin was amazing. We had to leave at 1:50am in order to secure our place in line. And while 200+ people waited in line, Marcin stood in the cold while we got to stay in the vehicle for >3hrs. He saved our place in line and we were able to get the 0830 tour slot. We were back in Krakow by 1400. Amazing tour and amazing service. THIS is who you want to go with. DO NOT sign up with a company that is going to make you sit on a motor coach for a 1.25 hr drive and then stand in line outside in the cold for 3+hrs!

Everything went according to the preconceived road map . They took care that the tour group that day was divided, almost 50/50 between Germans and Spaniards , and when we got there there were two guides who accompanied us and gave us the tour in our native language . It was to be appreciated. 100% recommendable for anyone who wants to visit the famous Nazi extermination camps.

I went on English tour with my daughter. The only problem was that they changed our time. To an earlier one. But still it was fine. I would recommend this tour operator. Very good guide was assigned to our group. Factual and speaking good English. Thank you for bringing us there!
