I had an excellent experience on the Auschwitz tour, which was perfectly organized from start to finish. The transfer was smooth and reliable, and our driver, Renata, was very kind, punctual, and professional, making the journey comfortable and stress-free. Our guide, Filip, was extremely knowledgeable and well-prepared, providing clear, detailed explanations with great respect for the historical significance of the site. His insights made the visit even more meaningful and impactful. I highly recommend this tour for its outstanding organization and the dedication of the team, who truly made it a memorable experience.

The trip to Auschwitz was very interesting and intense and our guide there was engaging and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed it. The transportation ran exactly as expected. The only constructive criticism is that we wish the driver had given us some information on the schedule for the day. He did not say a word the entire drive so none of us knew what to expect and waited around for him to get the tickets without knowing what was happening. It would have been nice just to know the plan. But the actual tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau was amazing.

I had a deeply moving and educational visit to Auschwitz‑Birkenau, guided by Eugen, whose knowledge and empathy made the experience truly meaningful. He explained the history with clarity and respect, creating an atmosphere that encouraged reflection and understanding. Despite the emotional weight of the place, Eugen’s guidance helped us appreciate the importance of remembering and learning from the past. A powerful and unforgettable experience.

The transfer went smoothly; it was on time and the driver was very efficient. The only thing was that we had booked for 8:55 a.m., but they didn’t let us know until the day before that we’d be leaving at 5:20 a.m. We had to work really hard to make it. Negative note: I called the Headout call center twice, and they promised to get back to us within a few hours, but I never received a response. I didn’t appreciate this lack of professionalism toward a customer.

Was a great day out. Very organised and well planned out. Had a text a few days before from the company it was booked through with a location and time to meet. Our driver Jordan from Legedary Krakow was fantastic, very friendly and chatty and was more than happy to help and provide information where he could. It was clear he enjoyed what he does and helped to make the day great. Highly recommend the tour and also Legedary Krakow.

Everything went smooth. The start time had to be moved to a much earlier time, but the driver picked us up from our stay, so we didn't have to go anywhere, at least. The guide we had at Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very good one - serious, respectful, thoughtful and provided clear information, and I'm appreciative that our group was also respectful of the context.

We booked an Auschwitz tour for two, and the entire experience was very well organized from start to finish. The meeting point was easy to find, which made everything stress-free. Our guide, Nicholas, was exceptional — knowledgeable, respectful, and engaging throughout the tour. He guided us through both Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau, sharing powerful stories and historical details that made the experience incredibly authentic and meaningful. We were given well-timed breaks before and after Auschwitz I, as well as after Birkenau, which was much appreciated during the long day. The tour lasted around 8 hours, and every moment felt worthwhile. It was an eye-opening and deeply moving experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Kraków.
