Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is an experience that is difficult to put into words, and having the right guide can make a profound difference. Eugine was exceptional in navigating such a heavy and historically complex site with sensitivity, clarity, and deep knowledge. From the very beginning, Eugine struck a respectful tone—never overwhelming the group, but also never shying away from the gravity of what happened here. His storytelling was precise and grounded in historical fact, yet he managed to humanize the events by sharing individual stories that stayed with me long after the tour ended. What stood out most was his balance. Eugine gave us space to reflect in silence when needed, but also knew when to step in with context that deepened our understanding. He avoided dramatization, which I appreciated; instead, he let the facts speak for themselves, trusting visitors to absorb the weight of the place. His organization and pacing were also excellent. The transition between Auschwitz I and Birkenau felt seamless, and he ensured we didn’t miss key areas while still allowing time to process. He was attentive to the group’s energy, checking in without being intrusive. If I had one small critique, it would be that at times the group size made it slightly harder to stay fully engaged, especially in crowded sections. However, that’s more a logistical issue than a reflection of Eugine’s guiding. Overall, Eugine provided a deeply respectful, informative, and moving experience. I would strongly recommend him to anyone visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau who wants more than just a surface-level tour—he offers context, humanity, and a thoughtful approach to one of history’s most important sites.

I booked a trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau after official tickets with an English guide were sold out months in advance. The tour included hotel pickup and transport, which worked flawlessly – everything was punctual and smooth. At the museum, there was a shared queue for all time slots, which caused delays, but this seems to be the museum’s system rather than the tour provider’s responsibility. The workaround with a “translator” was actually very effective – our English-speaking guide (Brigitte) was excellent. She was kind, empathetic, and clearly very engaged in the history, which made the experience more meaningful. The visit itself was well organized, and despite large crowds, the guides managed the flow efficiently and avoided unnecessary waiting where possible. It is a fast-paced visit, so don’t expect much time at each spot, but that’s understandable given the number of visitors. One small tip: bring your own food and water, as there is very limited time between stops. Overall, a very well-organized and worthwhile experience.

The pickup went smoothly. Things were a bit chaotic at the meeting point, as many tours depart from there. The tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very powerful and moving experience. Our tour guide, Marta, led us through the memorial with great empathy and extensive knowledge. She not only explained the history objectively but also conveyed personal stories and historical context in a way that was both understandable and respectful. It was particularly impressive how she addressed questions and explained complex contexts clearly and comprehensibly. It was evident that the subject is very close to her heart and that she places great importance on keeping the memory alive. The entire organization of the tour was well-structured, and despite the emotional weight of the place, we felt well-accompanied at all times.

I always wanted to visit Auschwitz, so, when I got the chance to come to Krakow, I immediately booked an organized tour to the concentration camps - Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II - Birkenau. It's a place full of history and grief. The tourist guide we had transformed a simple trip into an immersive experience by sharing passion, local insights, and historical context. They go beyond reciting facts to foster engagement, safety, and meaningful connections. She proved strong communication skils and the ability to tailor stories to her audience's interests while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and organized atmosphere. I loved the tour and highly recommend it!

Going to Auschwitz and Birkenau is a heavy experience, but this guided tour was truly excellent. I was impressed by how on point everything was—the logistics were handled perfectly, and there was absolutely no waiting at the entrance or between sites. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and kept the narrative focused and respectful. Being able to move straight through without the stress of long lines allowed me to actually process the history and reflect on the surroundings. If you're looking for a professional, seamless way to see such an important piece of history, this is definitely the way to do it. It was organized, deeply moving, and very well-paced.

First of all, I appreciated the company’s professionalism; another tour operator had canceled my visit, claiming it was closed for a memorial service, which wasn’t true. So a big thank you just for letting us in... The driver was punctual, friendly, and helpful, and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable. The place is very moving, and the guide was able to explain the tragic events that took place there with great sensitivity—which was very important for my group because we were traveling with 12-year-old girls, and many people had said it wasn’t advisable. But Magdalena handled it with just the right sensitivity for them as well. Highly recommended

The organization did not fully go according to the original plan — the day before the scheduled date, the organizer changed the departure time from 6:30 AM to 1:40 PM. However, it turned out that the new schedule suited us better, and fortunately we didn’t have any other commitments that day. Everything else went according to plan. The guides were professional, spoke clearly and understandably, and were ready to answer any questions. The visit to Auschwitz itself was, as expected, very emotional and stressful.

The organization was flawless, starting with the bus arriving right on time and the detailed information we received during the trip about how the day would unfold. Our guide, Joanna, was truly fantastic; she immersed us in the historical context with a professionalism that conveyed deep respect for these places. It’s an experience you shouldn’t miss—one that really touches your heart.

Muchas gracias.
