Getting started

Arrive at the Atlético de Madrid Stadium’s Paseo Comercial entrance well ahead of time for security checks and ticket validation. You’ll join the group two hours before kickoff, ready to enter the mixed zone and begin your behind-the-scenes journey.

Step into the heart of match day at one of Madrid’s premier football venues. Witness both Atlético de Madrid and visiting team players as they arrive and prepare for the game, offering a rare glimpse into the pre-match atmosphere.

Mixed zone access: See players from both teams up close as they enter the stadium, a moment usually reserved for media and staff.

Players’ entrance photo: Walk through the players’ entrance and capture a photo where the stars step onto the pitch.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Club members must bring their ID (or family book for minors) to access member discounts.

Non-members must provide proof of children’s age (ID or family book) to access applicable discounts.

What’s not allowed

Calling out to players, asking for photos with them, or requesting autographs is strictly prohibited; violation may result in exclusion from the experience without compensation.

Late arrivals may be denied entry due to stadium security protocols; refunds are not accepted.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the stadium for security reasons. However, the museum has lockers where you can store bags or baby strollers.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

If you have mobility limitations, please contact atletitour@atleticodemadrid.com in advance to arrange your visit.

You can carry your baby stroller into the stadium, but keep in mind that access to some areas will involve stairs.

Additional information

The experience may be suspended or modified without prior notice for sporting or organizational reasons; if this occurs, you will be offered a ticket exchange for another day.

During June and July, access to some parts of the stadium will be limited due to events. However, you can still access the museum.

Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

Club member discounts are personal and non-transferable.

The estimated duration of the player arrival experience is 30 minutes, the museum visit is one hour, and the match is approximately 2 hours.
