The tour was fantastic. All the staff welcomed us warmly and took great care of us. It was my partner's dream to see the stadium (and attend a game too). But I think the tour was already a done deal. He was delighted, it was a successful surprise! The experience is definitely worth it.

A one-of-a-kind experience, in addition to the beautiful stadium, a very warm welcome. We were able to take lots of photos, and enjoy the experience as best we could, thanks to the convenience of the audio guide. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the tour we booked would take place on a match day, which meant we were not allowed to enter certain areas of the stadium—e.g., the changing rooms, which my son was particularly excited about. In addition, we had to pay £10 per person on site—precisely BECAUSE it was a match day... Annoying—doubly annoying!

Bought tour for our grandson as a Christmas gift, as he is pan Arsenal fan. My husband, son and our other grandson, none of whom are Arsenal fans were all included. Needless to say the Arsenal fan loved everything and had a smile on his face the entire time going the lounges, sitting in stadium seats, players locker room, sitting in the players bench seats etc. He also had a visit to the gift shop getting a jersey and track pants. However even the non Fans were impressed with the facility. From my perspective it was easy to check in, the audio tour was clear and very useful information making it easy to follow, all of the staff were excellent I.e., very helpful and when asked questions answered the questions plus added interesting information or facts. In particular the staff member on the field answered numerous questions providing useful information on technical aspects, the hawk etc. so overall excellent visit.
