Aquariums in Madrid

To be honest, we were really excited to visit the zoo with the family, but the staff wasn't friendly at all. After paying a fortune for the tickets, they keep milking you for every little thing you buy—food, drinks, and so on—and the facilities and animals were very neglected. We didn't have a good time; it was an unpleasant experience. Even our little girl noticed, and since she has a school field trip there next month, she's said she doesn't want to go back.

It made booking my tickets so much easier and offered a discount; getting in was a breeze—I just scanned the QR code and I was all set. It was a wonderful experience with lots of animals.

Well, we just couldn't make it because of a family emergency, and we couldn't reschedule, but they offered me a refund—it's not much, but at least it wasn't a total loss.

Amazing park—I loved the rides. It’s great for kids, and the tickets are very affordable. Security is top-notch; I highly recommend it to all families. I’ll definitely be back on my next vacation.
