Ticketing was simple and straightforward. When I suddenly couldn't locate my tickets online, their customer service quickly located my order and resent them to me. Our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He took several photos for us with us in them. The entire experience was wonderful and we were delighted as our North Carolina relatives were awed by all they saw. It was our second visit and well, well worth the time and money. Would recommend to everyone. Very walkable and manageable for older bodies. Excellent tour!

Great tour from guide! Good tips about the time difference texted to us, an hour outside Flagstaff, our phones and car auto changed to be one hour ahead. Check in process easy and straight forward, didn't really have to be there so early but it's better to be early than late. Tour ride over is a little bumpy and if it's windy bring a mask so it's not so sandy. NO BAGS, not even little belt bags allowed, but water bottles allowed to be left on tour bus during tour. Tour guide was very knowledgable and an iphone photographer king!

Actually, the ride to and from the canyon, although very bumpy, was the best because we had time to speak with our guide and learn about the Navajo Nation. Our time in the upper canyon was delightful. Temperature was probably thirty degrees lower than the outside. We'd seen so many videos and photos that the actual experience was not surprising. The tour company was hospitable, well organized and super friendly. Recommended without hesitation.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that bags, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and pets are not allowed on the tour, so pack light!

The entrance to Upper Antelope Canyon features flat, sandy terrain, but keep in mind that the tour involves stairs to exit the canyon.
