8 months ago This is a spectacular tour of a hidden gem. As you’re driving to it, you’ll never guess the entry point of the lower canyon is right past the parking lot. The tour moved quickly and you need your hands to climb and maneuver, so leave everything in your car! Plus there are major restrictions on what you CAN bring anyway. There are stairs, and rocks and crevasses to navigate with lots of slippery sand, so you must be fairly nimble to get around. It’s sunny up top, but gets much darker in the canyon, so don’t forget your regular glasses like I did. 😆 Our tour guide Shawn was an absolute rockstar: engaging, funny, informative and an absolutely fantastic photographer. Early morning and later evening are the best times for beautiful colors and be prepared to take 100s of photos.

The visit to Lower Antelope Canyon was one of the most breathtaking experiences of the trip. The group organization was excellent—very well coordinated from the start, with no sense of overcrowding. The Navajo guide who accompanied us did a magnificent job, providing clear, interesting, and very engaging explanations about the history and formation of the canyon. During the tour, everything is perfectly organized so that you can move along at a leisurely pace, allowing you to stop and admire the shapes, colors, and play of light inside without rushing. It’s a spectacular visit and highly recommended for anyone traveling through Arizona. A unique place that’s truly worth seeing.

Visiting Antelope Canyon should be one of your lifelong dreams. It’s an extraordinary place that makes you feel just how infinite and magnificent this world is. The tour is beautiful and well-organized. The guides play music, are patient, and are kind. They help you connect with the place. They take care of the environment and the site: you can only bring in a water bottle and a cell phone—no bags. I recommend wearing a water bottle around your neck so your hands are free. I also recommend wearing your cell phone on a lanyard. You’ll need your hands free for the tour.

Ken's Tours is the absolute best!! We had scheduled a tour at 1:00, but we wanted to make sure we were early, but didn't plan on being a little over two hours early. They told us no problem we can get you in on the 11:00 tour. WOW!!! That was awesome! Our Guide was so informative and very kind. He checked on each of us in our group for each section we traveled, he even had a fan and used it on all of us. The views are extraordinary and you shouldn't miss seeing them. This was an amazing tour and we will recommend Ken's to everyone we speak to.

I had never seen this type of geological formation before. It was facisnating and had I not experienced it personally I would have assumed my pictures were AI generated. A mix up with our schedule resulted in our being at the site that we had not previously placed on our itinerary. Otherwise we would have not gone there. I am now very grateful for that mix up and encourage anyone to make Antelope Canyon a priority. Our tour guide was congenial and well informed.

Our guide Chris B. was fantastic. Knowledgeable in the history and geology of the canyon, he was enthusiastic about showing our group where the best formations were and how to photograph them. He took many portraits of our group members and helped us through the narrow passages. My terrific photos illustrate the incredible beauty of the site and his expert guidance.
