I'd been here before, but a sandstorm prevented me from enjoying it as much as I did this time. The canyon is fascinating. The shapes you can capture with the camera are endless, and the photo composition possibilities are endless. The guide, Mike Calamity, is an expert at showing you how to take photos, where to find the best spots, and how to adjust your phone’s camera settings to get the best shots. The guide’s kindness and professionalism make a huge difference in getting the most out of your visit to the canyon. It’s very easy to walk through, ideal for people who have trouble going down stairs.

The visit to Antelope Canyon was one of the best of my life. I am a world traveler so that says a lot. The guide was SUPER. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, told us the history and took many photos of the guests . He is an expert on picture taking. Before we entered the Canyon, he helped folks set their phones and cameras to get the best pictures. This is the first tour I ever took this I did not want to end!! At the end, he informed us that he was the grandson of the 8 year old girl that discovered the canyon many years ago!!

Adella our guide is the best . His knowledge, professionalism was outstanding. He took the time with each group in the tour to set up the cell phone cameras so each group got professional looking photos. Adventurous tours has the best minibus shuttle vehicles enclosed with AC . Other tour operators had open air pickups with wood benches. Our ride to the canyon on the rough road was much better with the minibus. A special thank you to Pearl for allowing the public to see such a treasure.

Our guide Mike is excellent. He now has a nickname of magic, Mike. He was incredible at showing us how to get the best out of our camera and had tremendous knowledge about the canyon and the way the caverns were formed. It was an educational and inspirational excursion. One of the most beautiful miracles of nature I've ever seen.. highly recommend your tour company did a fabulous job very professional, very efficient and extremely enjoyable. Thanks for the memories.

The canyon was magical and going later in the afternoon (3:00pm) allowed us to experience the canyon when it was less crowded. Although we did not have the full benefit of full daylight streaming in, there were sufficient moments and the contrasting shadows really created interesting contrasts and patterns in the canyon. Our guide Cody was fantastic and extremely informative and helpful facilitating our photos. All in all a truly inspiring adventure!

Nice tour, well organized. Knowledgeable guide. The canyon itself is absolutely breathtaking. The narrow sandstone walls, shaped by water and wind over thousands of years, create flowing, wave-like patterns that look almost unreal. What stood out the most were the light beams shining down through the openings above, especially around midday. They create a magical, almost surreal atmosphere that makes it a dream for photography.
    • Visit Upper Antelope Canyon to take in its dramatic light beams and stunning sandstone formations with guided insights into its natural and cultural history.

    • Listen to your local Navajo guide who’ll explain how the canyon was formed and its significant role in Navajo culture.

    • Wander through the canyon’s passages as you learn how natural forces shaped these formations over thousands of years.

    • If you're in Las Vegas, consider taking a day trip to the slot canyons with round-trip transportation, plus a stop at Horseshoe Bend added to your tour, along with a deli-style lunch.

    • Fun fact: The canyon is known as "Tsé bighánílíní" in Navajo, which translates to "the place where water runs through rocks", which is how the slot canyons are formed.

The experience was really great. Big Mike was our guide and he was very knowledgeable about the canyon and area. He also assisted with photos to make sure we got the cool shots. He could help with either iPhone or android. This is important to the experience. The accessories he brought were key in helping get great photos.

Carlisle was absolutely the best guide!!! I believe I have the million photo thanks to his suggestion. Do put your camera in Amber mode. I would take less pictures of actually the holes in the top where you can see the sky or light. And take more of the walls with the light signing on the walls.
