The Dungeon was really, really great. The actors were absolutely professional and did their job really well! It was a great experience. It would have been nice if you could have locked your bags away somewhere, or maybe we just missed it, but that's no big deal. The wax museum was also very impressive, but it went by way too fast.

It was a lot of fun. There was a public transit strike, so it was very quiet. We were able to walk right in, which is very unusual for Madame Tussauds. It was super fun, especially with our 10-year-old granddaughter, who went around touching everyone to see if they were actually real. Friendly staff, a cute gift shop, and a fantastic afternoon.

Beautiful location and experience, just a shame that the person giving the introduction on the red carpet didn't speak Dutch and unfortunately spoke very poor English, so as Belgian visitors we didn't understand anything.

Weekends & Christmas holidays sell out first, so book early.

The boat is covered, but outdoor areas may still be cold.

The cruise departs every 30 minutes between 5pm and 9:30pm from November 26, 2026 to January 17, 2027. On New Year's Eve (December 31), the lights are on until 9pm, and the last boat departs at 7:30pm.

You can book online up to 30 minutes before departure.

Board at the KINboat ticket booth at Prins Hendrikkade 33A, directly opposite Amsterdam Central Station. Please check in at the booth a few minutes before departure.

The cruise is suitable for children above the age of 3.

Cruises are conducted in English.
