The brewery was great! The people were excited, proud and informative. They made it a fun experience. The beer does taste the best from there. The boat ride - customer service wasn't as good. Not your fault but we were stuck on a boat with a lot of kids who were not very disciplined. The actual ride was nice and informative. Too many tables crammed in and made it not very comfortable.

I liked the bar at the end of the Heineken tour. It's very vibey (almost like a night club) and I enjoyed the beer! In particular, I enjoyed the combo because of the locational convenience of the Heineken experience and the canal boat tour. The canal boat tour is over the road from Heineken so it was very easy to get to!

It was a great combination. The tour with audio guide explained everything and there were a few surprises at the end with a photo box etc. The beer afterwards was delicious. The canal cruise is great as always and gives a good insight into Amsterdam.
