Everything was OK, but I would like to make a comment about my boat trip. The Lovers boats are very cramped. On my cruise, 3/4 of the boat was occupied by a school class, the teenagers were very loud and it was difficult to understand the guide. However, the captain did ask them to be quiet several times.

Hello we paid for a box with dirty apéritives to choose from nothing was offered or given to us on the boat that is to say we paid and we had nothing, it is badly indicated where we left that is to say we arrived we left and we didn't even know for sure where they wereod nor information where we were going to get to the museum From Heineken otherwise the trip itself was thankful and the driver friendly

Awesome experience , I thought I didn't need a guide for Eiffel Tower. It was the best experience. I bilked 9:30 am we were lined up waiting to go in. The history and information I wouldn't of had the appreciation I did . Thank you so much my guide was the best her personality , energy she loved her job ! Thank you for making our trip memorable

The canal cruise was a lovely way to explore and see the city. The audio came on when needed but was not a constant. Refreshments not for sale on board so take your own on this one. The Heineken brewery was okay, trying to create an experience of being brewed and bottled yourself was a bit weird but having a free drink in a bar at the end made up for it! The photo and video are emailed to you free which was good.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your desired cruise time to ensure a smooth boarding. Please note, however, that seating is given on a first come, first served basis. Should you not be able to board the first cruise to depart upon your arrival, the ground staff will inform you regarding the next departure of the cruise.
