We had such an informative & fun time with our guide Adriana Carmen. Took a while to find her at the meeting point because of the crowd but we managed to call her to locate her. Really lovely and so friendly. The entire process from booking to the actual tour was excellent! Would recommend Headout to everyone!

Efficient system for booking. The "voucher" didn't look like a voucher and maybe should be headed as such. In the end the guide only checked our names off anyway. Finding the right group to join was not straightforward as there were so many groups there. The IBE tour isn't flagged up in any way so you have to ask each guide. The info required us to stand by the mural but so did all the others, it seems!! That isn't your fault of course but maybe worth passing on.Santiago
