The service went fairly well, although there was little oversight regarding compliance with the seat belt requirement. Some children weren't wearing them... also, it was very/too expensive for what was offered.

Super straightforward. Bought the ticket, went to the bus terminal and there all buses are lined up and they tell you exactly where to go. Buses go every 45 min or so. Super easy to book through Headout. Would do it again

the driver from bsi to hotels tried to make some shortcuts and did not want to stop at my my bus stop. Then i became the last passenger in the bus while instead of the first one to get off from the bus.

We weren't aware we would have to get a drop off bus at bus station in Reykjavik by the time we got our ticket we had to wait another half hour after many hours travelling that day
