I arrived after ten, went through the control quickly and rushed to catch my train — I was hurrying to see my beloved wife. As I ran along the platform, a gentleman stepped out of the carriage and said calmly, “Don’t worry, take it easy — the train will leave in five minutes.” I smiled, feeling relieved, and walked on, happy and excited to be on my way to her.

Service was easy to use and to navigate. Training was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was our tickets wouldn't scan on our exit at Stansted on our return journey. It cause a little bit of anxiety but the staff were very good and let us through after looking at the tickets.

It was great, the train departed on time and I arrived at Stanstead Airport in plenty of time for my flight. It was easy to get a seat and the train was clean and comfortable.
