In the end, we tapped our transit card because we thought we were entering the subway, and they charged us twice. It’s not the train’s fault—the ride was great—but it’s a huge hassle and we ended up losing money. Very good, but we don’t recommend it.

Our trip went very well. The train was on time and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the QR code didn’t work on the scanner, so the staff had to come over each time to check our tickets and let us through the gate. It was good that there was always someone there to help, so we didn’t cause a big backup behind us.

Excellent service, but it’s a shame about the website booking—I didn’t find out that the Libero Street station was closed for construction until after I’d paid, and I didn’t get a refund!!

Everything went smoothly, it was our first time on the Stansted Express and we had a little concern that we wouldn't find the station or something would be unclear, but on the contrary - everything was easy to find, clear and comfortable.

The Train ride went fantastic, but the cue for security in the airport will make me decide on another airport in the future. Simply too long, we were here 2 1/2 hours before take off, but had no time to look at the shops or eat.

It was a fantastic experience, both ways. Really easy to move between airport and train station, all well signposted and clear. Comfortable trains and it was seamless the whole way there and back. I would highly recommend this.
