I was disappointed as i had to step down after one station after Tottenham hale towards Stanstead. There i had to changeto a bus that took us to the airport. The chance was smooth and i arrived on time, but it had been more comfortable staying on the train, especially thinking of what i had paid for two tickets. Though I will travel again with Stanstead express. The service was very good on the train and the bus.

I had a good experience using the Stansted Express. The journey was smooth, comfortable, and very convenient for travelling between central London and the airport. There was a short halt due to a signal delay, but the driver kept passengers informed and apologised for the delay, which was appreciated. Overall, the service felt straightforward, reliable, and stress-free, and I would happily use it again.

Our trip went very well. The train was on time and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the QR code didn’t work on the scanner, so the staff had to come over each time to check our tickets and let us through the gate. It was good that there was always someone there to help, so we didn’t cause a big backup behind us.

Excellent service, but it’s a shame about the website booking—I didn’t find out that the Libero Street station was closed for construction until after I’d paid, and I didn’t get a refund!!
