Traveling with Sagales is perfect! The buses run right on time, or wait at the airport if there’s a delay. With a ticket for a specific day, it doesn’t matter what time you take the bus. That wasn’t clear to me, and Headout’s customer service couldn’t tell me that either. Since I would have missed my flight with the tickets I’d bought for a specific time, I had to buy new tickets for myself and my two children, according to Headout’s customer service. In hindsight, that wasn’t necessary at all. It also wasn’t possible to buy a round-trip ticket through Headout. If I had arranged the tickets for the same route through the airline, I would have paid 105 for three round-trip tickets. However, due to the incorrect information, this ended up costing me almost double...
